Serving & storage recommendations

  1. Raspberry & Brown Cheese Crunch
    • Ingredients: gluten, sugar, dairy, egg, raspberry, baking powder, salt, soy lecithin, cinnamon, agar agar, and traces of nuts.
    • Serving: Best served at room temperature (~5-10 minutes) when buttercream has softened.
    • Storage: Store in a covered container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
  2. Chocolate & Hazelnut Crunch
    • Ingredients: gluten, sugar, dairy, egg, chocolate (caffeine), baking powder, salt, soy lecithin, and traces of nuts.
    • Serving: Best served at room temperature (~5-10 minutes) when buttercream has softened.
    • Storage: Store in a covered container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
  3. Date & Rosemary Toffee
    • Ingredients: gluten, sugar, dairy, mixed spices, ginger, rosemary, chocolate, eggs, baking powder, salt and soy lecithin.
    • Serving: Best served at room temperature (~5-10 minutes) when buttercream has softened.
    • Storage: Store in a covered container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
  4. Black Sesame & Miso Cheesecake
    • Ingredients: gluten, sugar, dairy, egg, black sesame, miso, vanilla, cornstarch, salt & traces of nuts.
    • Serving: Best served chilled.

  5. Passionfruit, Jasmine & Chocolate
    • Ingredients: gluten, egg, dairy, sugar, jasmine green tea, gelatine, passionfruit and chocolate

    • Serving: Best served chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.
    • Storage: Store in a covered container. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Freeze in box for up to 1 month.

Transporting your cake
Place your cake on a flat, level surface, such as the floor of the car, not on the seat.


Can I leave my cake in the car for an hour with the air-con off?
No, it’s not advisable.
We strongly recommend not leaving frosted cakes in the car unless you have your own cooler bag with ice packs or have purchased one from our site.

Once the air-conditioning is switched off, the car’s interior temperature rises rapidly. Since our cakes are frosted with buttercream, it’s important to understand how butter reacts to heat:

  • Butter begins to melt at 32–35°C.
  • Above 28°C for more than 15 minutes, the cake will start to soften and sag.
  • Best enjoyed at around 22°C, when the buttercream is silky and smooth.
  • It remains firm below 18°C.

How long can my cake stay outside?
Treat our cakes as you would any buttercream-frosted cake — plan your pick-up and travel time so the cake can be refrigerated as soon as possible.

In Singapore’s warm and humid climate, condensation may form, and decorative drizzles can melt if exposed to heat or sunlight. Always avoid direct sun.
