Fruit cake, rich with premium dried fruit, scented with house made spiced rum, orange, honey and a touch of cocoa. Another Christmas, another chocolate & hazelnut crunch log cake. Moist, rich fruit cake filled with all the good stuff. Glacé fruit scare me, so we’ve omitted that, instead it’s filled with dried figs, prunes, raisins, sultanas, cranberries, house candied orange peels, fresh orange juice, longan blossom honey, almonds, valrhona cocoa and finally house made spiced rum. Raspberry & brunost crunch log cake The quenelle version of the chocolate & hazelnut crunch log with puddles of hazelnut butter pooled in hazelnut buttercream.
